AFKClipboardGuard monitors clipboard activity locally on Windows and detects content that looks like a secret: passwords, tokens, JWTs, API keys, private keys. It can move that content into an encrypted local vault instead of leaving it in the clipboard, offers secure paste, clears the clipboard automatically, protects the vault with a PIN and applies per-app rules. It shortens the window during which a secret sits in the clipboard, and it warns you.

AFKClipboardGuard does not technically prevent another application from reading the Windows clipboard: that control does not exist in the system. It shortens the window during which sensitive content sits there, and it warns you. No local desktop utility can guarantee protection on a fully compromised system.
